irori is a desktop app that brings Markdown notes and local AI agents into one screen. Your notes remain ordinary files in your own folders.
Start with the quickstart. See installation to prepare the app, or hibachis and workspaces to open an existing folder.
How irori works#
A knowledge-base folder is called a hibachi. Its AI instructions appear in Schema, notes in Knowledge, and materials in Contents. Learn about the three layers to understand the role of each.
Each hibachi has a hibachi agent. The irori agent takes on work across several hibachis. AI agents and irori mode explain when to use each. You can write notes without setting up AI.
